Refund Policy
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Return period:
You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exclusions:
Due to hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.
Initiating the process:
If you would like to return a product, please send an email to: contact@velouraalondon.com including your order number, reason for return, a photo of the product (in case of damage), and your contact details.
Refunds
Procedure:
After receiving and inspecting your return shipment, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still have not received it, please contact us at contact@velouraalondon.com.
Costs
Return shipping costs:
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Track & Trace, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to China, and costs start from approximately €20 and are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or incorrect products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund.
Order cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed due to our automated system.
