Article 3 – Applicability

These terms apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the terms can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.

If the agreement is concluded electronically, the text of these terms may be made available electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store it on a durable medium.

If any provision in these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force, and a replacement provision will be agreed upon that closely reflects the original intent.

If an offer has a limited validity or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.

All offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify and adapt offers.

Product descriptions are complete and accurate to allow proper evaluation. Images are a fair representation of the products, but slight differences (e.g., color variations) may occur.

Prices exclude import duties and VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer. The postal or courier service may collect these charges upon delivery.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.

The entrepreneur will confirm acceptance electronically. Until this confirmation is received, the consumer may cancel the agreement.

The entrepreneur may assess whether the consumer can fulfill payment obligations and may refuse orders with valid reasoning.

During this period, the product must be handled carefully and returned in original condition and packaging if the consumer chooses to withdraw.

The consumer must notify the entrepreneur of the withdrawal within 14 days and return the product within 14 days thereafter.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days, provided the product has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.

Prices may vary due to market fluctuations beyond the entrepreneur’s control.

All prices are subject to typographical errors.

Products must conform to the agreement and meet reasonable quality standards.

Defects must be reported within 14 days.

The warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, unauthorized repairs, or improper handling.
